I spent over a decade building and running sales operations at some of the most demanding companies in the world — Apple, Tesla, Casper, and Rivian. At Rivian, I managed 15 markets, 8 Territory Managers, and a team of 80 Sales Advisors across the Southern US. I built the accountability frameworks, the onboarding systems, and the operational infrastructure that kept those teams aligned and executing.

Common questions

  • It depends on the engagement. The Ops Audit requires about two to three hours of your time across two calls and a review session. The Build is more intensive, so expect weekly touchpoints over six to eight weeks. Fractional PM is ongoing but designed to reduce your total time spent managing execution, not add to it.

  • Clients typically walk away from the Ops Audit with a clear action plan in under two weeks. For build engagements, you'll see structural changes within the first month. The longer the engagement, the more embedded and durable the results.

  • A coach helps you think through decisions. I help you execute them. I'm an operator, so I build the systems, write the SOPs, design the workflows, and hold the structure while you lead. If you've worked with a coach before and felt like you were doing all the implementation yourself, that's the gap I fill.
